big weekend coming up. heading over to leavenworth, aka mini bavaria, over in east WA for their annual oktoberfest celebration. we got accommodations and a team shirt too. this weekend isn't only about gorging on bratwurst and tanking steins o' bier, my friends. it's training for the half marathon the following weekend. i'll be running a leg in the leavenworth marathon relay for my boot camp friend's team (~4.5 miles) AND of course...carbo-loading! all this brings back memories of last year's oktoberfest in munchen...le sigh. we *definitely* have to go back one day, so corn, you better start learning to enjoy bier ;). prost mofos!
